I created this little corner of the internet to celebrate life around the table and the good food that bring us all together.My goal is to inspire you with food that is both approachable and exciting, whether you are cooking for yourself, your family, your roommates or your friends.
We all know that a food is something that provides nutrients. Nutrients are substances that provide: energy for activity, growth, and all functions of the body such as breathing, digesting food, and keeping warm; materials for the growth and repair of the body, and for keeping the immune system healthy.
 In terms of sweets , each and everyone loves sweets. Throughout evolution, sweetness has had a role in human nutrition, helping to orient feeding behavior toward foods providing both energy and essential nutrients. Infants and young children in particular base many of their food choices on familiarity and sweet taste.
including sweet in food balances ur daily balanced diet and having a balanced diet ensures healthy living and u need ur sugary food for energy.
